Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the development work has not yet started. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@royaltechnology.co

Refund Policy

Full Refund: If no work has been started within the first 48 hours of order placement, you are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund: If work has already commenced, but the project is not complete, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the amount of work done.

No Refund: Once the project is completed and delivered, refunds are not available.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval, and funds will be returned via the original payment method.
